Admission Procedure by Programme:

A. Playgroup to Sr. KG – Euro Kids (Early Childhood Programme)

Age Group: 2 to 6 years
Procedure:

  1. Submit enquiry form online or visit the school.
  2. Informal parent-child interaction with our pre-primary coordinator.
  3. Fill out the application form with age proof and vaccination record.
  4. Admission confirmation based on seat availability.
  5. Fee payment and orientation schedule shared with parents.

B. Grades I – X (CBSE Curriculum)

Eligibility: As per age and previous academic records
Procedure:

  1. Submit enquiry and request for a school visit.
  2. Submit previous school report cards and transfer certificate.
  3. Entrance assessment conducted for Grades II and above.
  4. Personal interaction with the student and parents.
  5. Admission confirmation and fee submission.

C. Grades I – X (NIOS Open Schooling)

For learners needing flexible education options
Procedure:

  1. Consultation with NIOS programme coordinator.
  2. Submission of previous school documents and valid ID proof.
  3. Counselling to select subject combinations.
  4. Fill and submit NIOS admission form with passport-sized photo.
  5. Fee payment and learning support system orientation.

D. Day Care (Full-time & After-school)

Age Group: 2 years to 10 years
Procedure:

  1. Visit the school to explore day care facility and interact with caregivers.
  2. Submit birth certificate, parent ID proof, and medical record.
  3. Fill the Day Care application form.
  4. Admission confirmation and induction process.

E. Therapy Unit for Developmental Disorders

Therapies Offered: Occupational, Speech, Behavioural, Sensory Integration, Special Education
Procedure:

  1. Schedule a consultation with our Special Educator.
  2. Submit child’s developmental and medical history.
  3. Assessment of the child’s needs.
  4. Personalized therapy plan shared with parents.
  5. Enrolment and therapy schedule confirmation.

F. Spoken English for Adults

Eligibility: 16 years and above
Procedure:

  1. Fill out the enquiry form offline.
  2. Attend an informal assessment to determine current language level.
  3. Choose the suitable batch (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced).
  4. Submit ID proof and fee payment.
  5. Course begins as per schedule.

G. Special Child Education

Programmes tailored to meet individual learning and developmental needs.

  1. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  2. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  3. Mental Retardation (Intellectual Developmental Disorder – IDD)
  4. Learning Disability (LD)
  5. Down Syndrome
  6. Cerebral Palsy

Admission Procedure (for all categories):

  1. Parent consultation with Special Education Team.
  2. Submission of medical diagnosis/clinical reports.
  3. Educational and functional assessment conducted.
  4. Individualised Education Plan (IEP) discussed.
  5. Child enrolled in appropriate programme (1:1 or small group sessions).
  6. Regular progress review and parental involvement.

General Admission Guidelines

  1. Admissions are open throughout the year for most programmes (subject to seat availability).
  2. Walk-in enquiries are welcome from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM –  12.30 PM
  3. For therapy and special education, prior appointments are recommended.

  4. Previous academic records (if applicable)
  5. Transfer Certificate (for school admissions)
  6. Diagnosis and medical reports (for therapy/special education)
